How do I care for them? They're wonderfully low-maintenance. Simply dust them gently now and then with a soft brush, a hairdryer on a cool setting, or a light shake. To keep colours vivid, avoid leaving them in prolonged direct sunlight. No water needed, ever.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photos? Every piece is handmade, so slight variations in colour, size, and arrangement are natural and part of their charm. Screen and lighting differences can also affect how colours appear online.

How do I place an order? Order directly through our website, or send us a DM on Instagram to order and enquire.
Do you offer large orders, events, or corporate gifting? Yes — for larger pieces or bulk and corporate orders, get in touch and we'll tailor something to suit.
Delivery & pickup
Do you deliver? We deliver Monday to Saturday across Melbourne.
How much is delivery? Delivery cost depends on your location. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery fee and arrange a time.
Can I pick up my order? Yes — pickup is available from our warehouse in Sunshine, Victoria, by appointment only, Monday to Saturday, 10am–5pm. Once your order is placed and ready, we'll send you the pickup address and arrange a time.
Do you deliver outside Melbourne? We currently deliver across Melbourne and offer warehouse pickup. For orders outside Melbourne, message us and we'll let you know what we can arrange.
Returns
What if my order arrives faulty or incorrect? Please contact us within 5 days at fauxflowersmelbourne@gmail.com with photos and we'll make it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Can I return an order if I change my mind? As our pieces are handmade and often made to order, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds, and custom orders are final. See our Terms of Service for full details.
