We offer complimentary delivery to most Melbourne suburbs. Delivery eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. For locations outside our complimentary delivery area, an additional delivery fee may apply and will be advised before your order is confirmed.

Delivery dates and time windows are subject to availability. While we always aim to deliver within the selected timeframe, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather and other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure all recipient details, including the name, delivery address and contact number, are correct when placing your order. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect information or if no suitable person or safe location is available to receive the order.

Free warehouse collection is also available by arrangement. Collection details and available times will be provided once your order has been confirmed.
